About the role
As our Full Stack Engineering Leader, you will play a central role in shaping how agents, clients, underwriters, and operations teams experience Chubb in the PRS Group. You will turn complex insurance interactions into intuitive, fast, and beautifully crafted mobile and web experiences powered by modern technology, AI, and an unwavering commitment to quality. This is more than a hands on engineering role. It is an end to end technical leadership opportunity. You will lead a full stack engineering team across backend and frontend, own the mobile experience platform, set the engineering standard, and mentor the team around you. The best digital experiences are not noticed. They simply work. They are fast, intuitive, secure, and always there when needed. That is the bar we are setting for PRS, and with us, you’ll lead that charge.
