Position Summary
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead teams building Agentic AI and enterprise messaging platforms on Google Cloud Platform . You'll own the engineering roadmap for systems that power billions of patient communications annually - integrating AI agents into SMS, RCS, and omnichannel messaging while ensuring regulatory compliance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of engineers, testers, and Data engineers; drive hiring, performance, and career development
- Own architecture and delivery of multi-agent AI systems on Vertex AI, Gemini models, and GCP AI/ML services
