As a Senior Solution Architect on our Major Accounts and Specialty team, you’ll be right at the heart of Chubb’s digital underwriting transformation, helping reshape how risks are quoted, bound, and serviced across the portfolio. You’ll lead the move away from manual, document-heavy workflows and toward smarter straight-through processing (STP) that makes things easier for both underwriters and brokers. Working closely with global teams, you’ll help design and build these platforms, while staying aligned with engineers at the code and detailed design level to make sure the solution is delivered exactly as intended.

Partner with developers to review code, enforce best practices across API-based, microservices, cloud environments, debug critical issues, and conduct performance testing
Identify technology risks and define mitigation strategies to protect program delivery and platform stability while enabling Agile and DevOps practices
Design and implement event-driven straight-through processing architectures that automate submission intake, risk triage, pricing, and policy issuance
Architect and enable AI-assisted underwriting platforms by integrating ML-based risk scoring, document intelligence, decision-support tools, predictive models, AI guardrails, and high-quality data pipelines
