**Job Title:** Test Data Management (TDM) Onsite Architect **Location:** Onsite **Experience:** 10+ Years We are looking for a **TDM Architect** to lead enterprise-wide Test Data Management initiatives across mainframe, distributed databases, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement TDM solutions including **data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, provisioning, virtualization, and refresh automation** . - Define enterprise TDM architecture and reusable test data strategies. - Collaborate with Security, Data Governance, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and scalability. - Integrate TDM capabilities with **CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and self-service platforms** . - Evaluate and recommend TDM tools and modern data solutions. - Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore teams. Required Skills - 10+ years of experience in **Test Data Management, Data Engineering, or Quality Engineering** . - Expertise in **data masking, test data provisioning, synthetic data generation, and database cloning** . - Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2). - Experience with **mainframe technologies (DB2, VSAM)** and cloud/data platforms. - Knowledge of **data privacy, PII protection, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD integration** . Preferred Skills - Experience with **K2View, Delphix, Broadcom TDM, BMC File-AID** , or similar platforms. - Databricks and ServiceNow integration experience. - Exposure to **GenAI/Agentic AI** for test data management.
