About the role
**Role Overview:** The Hematology Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL is a field-based scientific expert responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals within Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain thought leader relationships, implement territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies, provide scientific insights, and educate HCPs on disease states and products. Support product launches, facilitate investigator-sponsored trials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the organization at scientific conferences. Assist with clinical trial site recommendations and trial awareness, staying current on oncology and hematology developments. Serve as a scientific resource for commercial partners and support advisory boards. **Qualifications & Skills:** Advanced medical/scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred; clinical background candidates considered. Minimum 2 years of Oncology/Hematology Medical Affairs experience preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare environments, compliance regulations (FDA, GCP, HIPAA), and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in MS Office and business applications. **Additional Info:** The role involves approximately 50% domestic travel and requires a professional, collaborative approach aligned with core values of integrity, innovation, and diversity.
