The PowerBI Lead/Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing data pipelines, writing DAX queries and measures, validating data, and implementing best practices for BI governance, security, and documentation. The individual will also mentor team members, support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics solutions and reporting standards. **Qualifications** - Strong experience with Power BI (report and dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query) and enterprise BI tools. - Proficiency in data engineering and databases (SQL, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, performance tuning). - Skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and translating business needs into technical BI solutions. - Experience in data visualization best practices, UX for dashboards, and storytelling with data. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and related services for analytics (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar). - Ability to lead BI initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data quality. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across time zones. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Power BI or Azure are a plus. - Experience in Mobility, Life Sciences, Healthcare,
