The ideal candidate will have strong experience in distributed systems, scalable backend architecture, and performance optimization, and a proven ability to lead complex solution design and deliver enterprise-grade applications. **Responsibilities:** - Lead design and development of complex Java-based applications. - Drive architecture decisions and set technical direction for enterprise platforms. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior and senior engineers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Advanced Java development, including real-world coding, design, and analysis. - Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs. - Proven expertise in performance optimization and system scalability. - Experience collaborating within Agile teams and guiding technical execution. **Preferred Skills:** - Hands-on exposure to AI/ML engineering concepts such as LLMs, agent frameworks, or GenAI tooling. - Cloud-native development experience and familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and observability.
