You'll be joining a specialized engineering firm that has partnered with this customer since 2007 and has specifically supported the Aegis Combat System since 2015. The 36 engineers on this program are treated as an integral part of the customer team, not as outside contractors managed at arm's length. Across the East Coast, this company hasn't had a layoff in nearly two decades. That's not a marketing slogan. It's one of the reasons engineers build long careers here.
