Sr. Azure Data Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Will be working as a Azure Data Engineer
- Should attend daily stand ups/ scrum calls/ quarterly PI
- Work with BSA and product team to understand project requirements.
- Create technical specification and source-to-target design mapping documents
- Write or understand Java/Pyspark code written on Daabricks platform, perform unit testing and work with QA & Business testers for defect resolution
- Work with admins on code deployments
- Should coordinate and lead the offshore developers
Qualifications
- Experience in Azure Databricks is mandatory
- Expertise and knowledge of Medallion Architecture is required
- Should possess good understanding of Delta tables, Synapse and data partitioning on azure cloud
