About the role
An employer is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess customer environments and design tailored infrastructure solutions.
The Role
- Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructure technologies.
- Design and propose infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives, building relationships with OEMs.
- Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers, managing the solution practice pipeline.
- Identify technology opportunities within Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services spaces.
- Engage with various client contacts, including CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs, to ensure comprehensive account management.
What You'll Need
- Experience working in complex Data Center sales opportunities.
- Ability to design data center infrastructures including hybrid cloud, hyper-converged, SDDC, IaaS/PaaS, automation, and containerization.
- Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies, Hypervisors, and Software Defined Data Center concepts.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience, with 3-5 years in a similar role.
