Responsibilities
The QA Engineering Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise test automation strategies, frameworks, and quality engineering practices. This role provides technical leadership and governance across engineering teams, driving automation adopti on, mentoring team members, and partnering with business, product, development, DevOps, and vendor resources to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Strategic Quality Leadership• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level automated testing frameworksusing Tricentis Tosca and other automation technologies.• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's quality engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase automation coverage, reduce testing cycle times, and enhance software quality across the organization.• Identify and recommend testing solutions, tools, and processes that can be leveraged across multiple value streams and technology teams.
