About Kokua Technologies:
Kokua is growing and we're looking for a great technician to add to our team! Our clients range from full cloud solutions to small offices with a few computers, or even just a personal laptop computer & smartphone. We install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot (a.k.a. Help): Desktop, Laptop and Workstation Computers (MAC & PC); Server Hardware and Operating Systems; Software Applications; Mobile Devices; Hardware Peripherals (Printers, Routers, etc.); and Computer Networks at Multiple Locations.
About the role:
The Field Tech Level II will troubleshoot and resolve client issues remotely and onsite. Our Field Techs are helpers, who also happen to be excellent technologists. Client technologies include, but are not limited to, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, Apple products, printers, tablets, AV equipment, and more! You’ll never have the same day twice, and our clients’ satisfaction is our top priority.
Responsibilities:
· On-site and virtual client technical support in all technologies listed above, and more!
