Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically capable Data Analyst / Analytics Developer to join our growing technology team.
This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills combined with hands-on coding and technical capabilities. This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing reporting and analytics solutions, building data pipelines and automated processes, and transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.
The successful candidate will work closely with the technology team and business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop technology-driven solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
This is not a traditional reporting-only Data Analyst position. We are looking for someone who can write code, work directly with databases, automate data processes, build analytical tools, and collaborate with software developers and tech leadership.
