Summary
The Reinsurance Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business (Underwriting, Claims, Finance), technology teams and the Reinsurance platform vendor. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements, analyzing current processes, analyzing complex reinsurance data, and supporting the design and enhancement of Reinsurance platform capabilities.
This position operates in an agile insurance organization and requires a proactive, hands‑on analyst who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions from discovery through delivery.
